Please read the Terms of Sales before you order anything from our website, together with the Terms & Conditions for use and Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms of Sales from time to time, so we urge you to read these Terms of Sale every time before you order anything from our website.

You need to be over 18 years of age in order to legally order, purchase and use eCigarettes and Vaping equipment.

Warning: Our products contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive substance.

By continuing using the website, you are confirming our Terms & Conditions and that you are over the legal age for purchasing e-cigarettes and Vaping equipment in your country.

These Term of Sales are entered into between you and us, and any orders and purchases are subject to these Terms.

You have already confirmed that you are over 18 years of age, when you entered this website. We will also ask you to confirm your age before you check-out.


We try to make your visit as pleasant and effective as possible, and to place and order should be easy anywhere in your journey.

You will be able to order both as a guest or as a registered user/ member.

To place and order, you need to be over 18 years of age, and have postal address inSweden, Norway or UK.

Click on your preferred product, choose amount, flavour and strength, and click the Check Out button. You will now be asked to choose payment method by following the simple steps, before you accept the Terms of Sale, and check out.

We are continuously trying to improve. Pictures may vary slightly from the actual products. Please be sure you read the Product description and specification before you order any products, to be sure that you get the proper product for your satisfaction.

By placing an order, you automatically authorise us to carry out the order and charge you accordingly.

All orders are subject to these Terms of Sales.


When you place an order, this contract will be valid between you and us.

All orders will be subject to availability of products, payment, freight and acceptance of your order. We may void your order for any reason at any time, at our own discretion, with no liability.

When you place your order you automatically authorise us to charge you immediately for your order via the chosen payment method.

When you have successfully checked out and payment has been confirmed, we will send you an email with an order confirmation and a reference number. You will need the reference number if you need to contact us, regarding the order. Please be sure to enter your valid e-mail address in the order form.

If your payment should fail, we will automatically cancel your order.

We are experiencing high demand for our products. If we do not accept your order, due to shortness of products, freight issues, time issues, any errors on price and product information or in the case we discover that you are under legal age, we will not charge you for your order. We will notify you of any such incidents on the website or by contacting you by mail of phone.

For your convenience we may suggest a product similar to the one that you tried to order. If we are unable to contact you, via the contact information given by you, within reasonable time, we will cancel the order.

You may not resell any products from this website. Any resale will be a breach of contract.

If you are in breach with the Terms of Sales or any other Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your order, at our own discretion. If we cancel, we do not send you the products and we will return any payment we have received from you on the cancelled order. Any reasonable cost incurred we may deduct before we return the rest of the payment.


We are doing our best to support you with competitive prices on our high-quality products. If you have any queries, please read the product information and specification to better understand our prices and the competitiveness.

All product on our website is priced in Svenska kronor and includes VAT. VAT may be adjusted from time to time, by the authorities in each market. We will follow the regulations accordingly. If any changes occur between your order and payment, we will update the price accordingly.

We will update our prices from time to time, at our own discretion. This will not affect an ongoing order.

Freight cost is not included in the product price. Freight will be calculated at check-out, according to our freight partners rates. Freight cost may be updated from time to time, following our freight partners rates.


Our Subscription Service is developed for your convenience. It is easy to register, and you can pause the subscription whenever you are i.e. travelling, or hop-off whenever you feel like it.

If you want to subscribe to our products, you will need to become a registered user/ member.

With our Subscription Service you will get your selected products delivered directly to your postal address, on a regular basis.

Payment will be charged from your chosen payment method the same day that we send you the subscribed products.

If payment fails, or we are not able to deliver to your address during your subscription period, we will inform you about this, and hold the orders until corrected.


As a Nordic Light registered member, you will have certain member benefits, i.e. information of news, newsletters, subscription service and more.

To become a member/ register at Nordic Light website, please follow the instruction on the website. You must be 18 years of age, or older. We reserve the right to accept/ or not any registration, at our sole discretion.

When you register, you will register with personal information as name, address, email and phone number, etc. Your email will also be your username on our website and be used to identify you. Therefore, it is important that you register with the correct e-mail address.

We allow only one account per user, so please choose a strong password that you will be able to remember. You will be responsible for any unauthorised use of your member information or account, so please use a strong password that you will remember. Inform us immediately if you suspect any misuse of your membership/ account.

We reserve the right to cancel all orders and terminate your membership/ account due to invalid or insufficient information from you, or breach of this contract, with no liability. You agree that you will register the correct information and update the information whenever necessary.


We deliver our products directly to your postal address following your registration information, for your convenience. We do not deliver to addressesoutside Sweden, Norway or UK.

The cost of delivery will be calculated and displayed to you when you check out of the website.

We have different choices for delivery, with different delivery cost, according to our freight partners. We will deliver within the timeframe of the different delivery methods displayed at our website. Normally this will be between 3 – 5 working days. Under exceptional conditions, the delivery make take longer.

If you have not received your order within 14 days, please notify us, and we will take the necessary steps to rectify the delay.

We will always try to become even better. This includes freight.

We take no responsibilities of delays out of our control.

When you receive the order, you have the full ownership to it. Please check that everything is in order. If the order is not complete, please contact us at once, at support@nordiclightvape.com


You may cancel this contract within 14 days written notice, to support@nordiclightvape.com. The email must include time of purchase, order number, time of delivery, your full address and your full name. You do not need to give us a reason, but we would appreciate it, as we can only become better.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after you have received the products.

When we have accepted the cancellation, you may return goods that is not opened or used, and we will reimburse you for the products and the least expensive delivery method upon order. You will need to send the returned goods to us within 14 days from the day you sent your cancellation to us. We will normally reimburse you within 14 days after we have received the products.

Please notice that you will have to pay the cost of return.

Of health and hygienic reasons all returned goods must be in original packages and sealed.

Please make sure that you handle both products and return with care. The products are your responsibility from you receive them, to we receive them at our return address. We may deduct any reasonable cost incurred due to unnecessary handling on your part.


If you have any complaints about the products due to unsatisfactory quality, please send us a written notice to support@nordiclightvape.com. We aim to respond within 14 days of receiving your written notice.

Upon receiving our email, you need to send us the products within 14 days, free of charge. After examining the products, we will replace or repair products of unsatisfactory quality, within 30 days of receiving the products at our return address.

If it is not possible for us to replace the product, we will reimburse your order and delivery costs. We will normally reimburse you within 14 days after we have concluded that we will not be able to replace the product.

We have a one-year limited warranty on our batteries. A 6-month limited warranty on accessories, and a 6 weeks limited warranty on refills.

In order to validate your warranty, you will need to send us a written notice to support@nordiclightvape.com. The email must include time of purchase, order number, time of delivery, your full address and your full name. You are also obliged to give a full explanation on why you want to use the warranty.

Products that are misused or suffer from normal wear and tear will not be replaced, repaired or reimbursed.


You and we agree that neither of us (including any of our personnel, affiliates, daughter companies or agents) are liable for any loss or damages that were not foreseeable when this contract was entered into. We only sell the products for private use, and you must not use our product for any commercial or re-sale purposes, and we have thus no liability for any loss of any business or business opportunities or any breach of any of the Terms & Conditions on your part, or any other losses or damages that was not caused by any breach on our part.

For your own safety, never use a refill from a third-party supplier, or try to add anything to the Nordic Light refill.

Nothing in these terms exclude or limit either party’s liability for negligence, fraud or fraudulent misinterpretation, leading to personal injury or death or for any breach of any terms implied by Swedish law.


We will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damages or failure to perform caused by incidents outside our control. Incidents such as, but limited to; strikes, any industrial or commercial action by third parties, vandalism, terrorism, war, natural disasters, accidents, fire explosion, break down or damage of machinery or equipment, failure of network providers or any hinder of transportation, or any legislative or administrative interference.

If any such incidents interfere with our delivery to you, our obligations to you will be suspended for the duration of the incident outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about the incidents and will as soon as possible arrange a new delivery date with you.


The terms are valid in whole or in part. Each of the clauses operates separately. If the authorities or any court finds any of these terms invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, this will not affect the remaining of the terms, which will remain in full force and effect.

These terms are valid to you, as a party to the contact. Even if we fail to inform you to perform accordingly, or even if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we are delayed in enforcing our rights against you, it does not mean that you do not have to follow these terms and perform your obligations according to this contract, and it does not mean that we have waived our rights against you in any way.

Any written notice sent by us to you, on your given email, or from you to us on support@nordiclightvape.com shall be deemed to been received 24 hours after they were sent. Any notice to you written on our website will be deemed received by you next time you log into our website.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

This contract is between you and us. When you provide us with information you consent that we can use it according to these terms. The information provided under this contract, including any personal data will only be used according to these Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy here.

No other person or third party shall have any rights to enforce any of these terms, other than the parties to the contract.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to another company.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. We will do our best to inform you of any changes. However, please visit our Terms & Conditions every time you want to place an order, and make sure you understand them, as these terms and conditions will be legally binding for your purchase.


These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of Sweden. You and we hereby agree that the courts of Sweden will have jurisdiction.
